Warranty

SysRacks warranty is the manufacturer’s guarantee that is valid contemporaneously with the recommended statutory provisions of a standard statement for a customer at the point of purchase of a product for the first time.

What situations are covered under the warranty statement?

1. SysRacks guarantees that products bought has no conspicuous or concealed faults during production. However, SysRacks will not bear the liability for losses caused by normal devaluation and defect due to misuse, accident, neglect, or abuse. The customer will not be obligated to void the purchase contract with the vendor nor have the right to annul the deal based on this document.

For any expenses associated with the claims of which he/she is given the rights outlined in the warranty contract, the buyer will not be charged.

The only exception is if there is a need to replace equipment components spoiled by the purchaser. In this scenario, the purchaser will be charged for replacement parts of the proportionate amount of the defective components.

Parts coverage period will be valid for 36 months for metallic parts, and 12 months for the electronic parts. This period commences from the date of purchase by the client.

2. SysRacks’ coverage does not encompass faults due to mishandling and poor maintenance practices on the part of the buyer. In event of unsubstantiated claims, expiration of the time allotment, insufficient claimer rights, and the company’s personnel reserves the right to effect a charge for time and resources expended during rework.

3. Replacement components must be deemed new or as-new, on the condition that it provides similar functionality to the replaced item. The replacement product will be accorded the same cover as the original one.

What is the duration of equipment coverage under my Sysracks warranty?

Basically, there are two levels:

12-month limited cover

SysRacks covers this product, if applied in compliance with all applicable directives, to be devoid of defects in material and technical intervention for 12 months from the date of procurement.

36-month limited cover

SysRacks covers this product, if applied in compliance with all applicable directives, to be devoid of defects in material and technical intervention for 36 months from the date of procurement.

Is it possible to extend the coverage?

No. SysRacks only provides 12-month and 36-month warranties.

For any inquiries concerning the optimal working temperature intervals please refer to the installing equipment manual or contact the equipment supplier.
