Returns and Exchanges

Sysracks maintains a money back or exchange policy. If there is an issue with your item, notify us immediately. Include your order number and a message describing the issue.

Sysracks will only consider a return or an exchange if you make a request in 30 days of order completion. If we supplied the wrong product, we will supply the correct product within one business day of the receipt of the returned shipment at no shipping charge to you.

If you got the correct product, but you change your mind and it’s still unopened, then you may return it for a full refund.
However, you will be charged a return shipping fee, even if it was shipped to you free of charge.
If you received the correct product, but its faulty, we will pay the return shipping fee and resend the right product within one business day.

Can I pay with PayPal without having a PayPal account?

Yes, choose the option “pay with Debit/Credit Card” at checkout. No need to open a PayPal account

How much is assembly?

Wall mount type - $35, Freestanding model - $70. (locally only)

How to set up thermosystem?

The Thermostat system configuration is an important step in setting up your server rack. Please read the instructions carefully before operating. For any inquiries concerning the optimal working temperature intervals please refer to the installing equipment manual or contact the equipment supplier.

How is my payment refunded if I choose to return a Sysracks product?

Refunds may take up to 21 days after your returned item is received.

Can I request a refund when I change my mind on an item?

Customers who change their mind on a product after order delivery can request returns. Please note, however, that shipping fees will apply. Also, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item’s cost will be withheld from your reimbursement.

How do I source a broken or lost part or component?

If there is a defective component in your order, we will repair it with the exact or workable component. Freight charges and restocking fees may apply depending on whether you’re liable for the damage.

When will I know if my return Request is approved?

Your return request will be handled as quickly as possible. We will send you a return number that guarantees that your request will be handled urgently.
